It's August
18, Bad Poetry Day. This day gives credit to 'bad' poetry; poetry that
glorifies wrong doings, boring poetry or any kind of poetry that people see as
bad.
Here's what I could scribble.
For what
truth
Lay in
the eye of beholder
Beholding
you is
The most beautitious
Its so
ignititious
Even flowers
would blush
Your
backward compliments
Fill my
head – like monuments
You tickle
my fancy
I'd
return my favor
You're
such a ten
That I forget
How to
count to eleven
And, oh
if only the
World were
open
To the
joy of poems
That are
broken
I don’t find
Anyone's
poetry bad
Except for
mine
I be counting thirteen!!
